Located in the extreme south of the province, it is surrounded by the reservoir that bears his name. The village is nestled on top of a hill, and looks like an island that emerges from the waters that surround it, joining the mainland through the bridges.
It has about twenty villages that are spread throughout its municipal area, each with its own traditions and customs, making Iznájar a place of special cultural and heritage richness.

Aparcamiento Junto a la Playa del Pantano de Iznajar. En El Chiringuito de Valdearenas de Gracia y Paco. Lugar súper tranquilo por la noche. De día se llena. Entramos con una CA de 7,10 metros sin problema siempre que pongas el culo hacia el pantano.

Aparcamiento cerca de la playa de Iznajar Pantano. En El Chiringuito de Valdearenas de Gracia y Paco. Posto super tranquillo di notte. Durante el día, se ripostó. Entriamo con un AC di 7,10 metri senza problemi purché mettiamo il culo verso la palude.
Playa de valdearenas iznájar en línea
La playa de Valdearenas cuenta con un kilómetro y medio de arena y de arena fina, situada en el pantano de Iznájar. El agua dulce del embalse es, además, perfecta para la práctica de deportes acuáticos, y actividades como el pádel surf, los kayaks, la vela o algunas más recreativas como los hidropedales. La playa cuenta también con dos bares-restaurantes en los que se puede disfrutar de una carta veraniega que nos recuerda a las de los puestos del litoral andaluz.
El llamado Lago de Andalucía es el embalse de Iznájar, se llama así por ser el mayor pantano de toda la Comunidad Andaluza. Está situado en el cauce medio del río Genil, bañando tierras de Córdoba, Málaga, y Granada.
