El apartamento es muy luminoso y soleado, con la terraza acristalada formando una agradable zona de estar para el invierno, o bien se puede abrir completamente para el verano.En el interior la vivienda está impecable, con dos dormitorios, un salón, una cocina independiente recién reformada y un baño totalmente renovado. This space is very well organized and, to access, there are wooden stairs that communicate a high ground to just a few meters from the cove. An access ramp for people with reduced mobility can be seen. Nearby there is a parking lot.
By car, we must be located on the Av. Notario Juan José Martínez Román at the height of the Calle Comunidad de Madrid, shortly before the end of this road, on the right hand side, we find the Calle Región de Murcia, ending we will find our cove.
