Felipe González Márquez (pronunciación en español: [feˈlipe ɣonˈθaleθ ˈmaɾkeθ]; nacido el 5 de marzo de 1942) es un abogado, profesor y político español, que fue secretario general del Partido Socialista Obrero Español (PSOE) de 1974 a 1997, y el tercer presidente del Gobierno de España desde la restauración de la democracia, de 1982 a 1996. Sigue siendo el Presidente del Gobierno español que más tiempo ha sido elegido libremente.
